We chose this as a work team development day out. Perfect for an activity in these COVID outdoor times. It was bang on. It really allowed the team to show, in a very gentle way, their individual interests and personalities, and for me as a manager to cycle up next to them and have an informal chat and thank them for their input and talk about life in a very easy way, dipping in and out of conversations as the tracks, dog-dodging and stops for beautiful views allowed for.
